Henrik Holst Hansen is a drummer and recording engineer based in Copenhagen.
Working primarily with jazz, acoustic music and live performance.
Focused on dynamics, interaction and natural sound.
Educated as both drummer and tonmeister from The Royal Danish Academy of Music.

I record mostly in studios like The V-recording and Millfactory, but also do mobile recordings. For most of the productions I do, I’m involved in every step from recording, mix and mastering.

Live Sessions
I’ve done many mobile recordings and live recordings, and I now also offer live sessions with video as well. Here’s some of my work.
For video I focus on one camera one take style, but if wanted I can do multiple angles with more editing possibilities.
For bigger projects, I collaborate with other videographers.

Projects
Art Roho
Art Roho is my project with bassplayer Jakob Roland, where we as a rhythm section play with different soloists. We have released 5 albums and toured in China.
Oh People
Oh People is a collective where we play original music. We have released one album on April Records in January 2025 and we are working on our next.
